So far, CAER has been a labor of love. We’ve been applying for grants that are at risk of being frozen or rescinded, but our work couldn’t be more vital at this moment. More than 15 community organizations have asked for our support providing training for nature-based remediation methods in the wake of the 2025 LA Fires.

With your support, we will be able to:

• offer more trainings to communities in need

• develop a dedicated laboratory space and acquire equipment for community soil testing

• design and implement ecological remediation plans

• conduct further research into phyto-myco-remediation and other nature-based pollution cleanup and ecological remediation methods
