Wildfires, Floods & Forestry: Increasing Soil Resilience through Ecosystemic Collaboration - Event Nov 15-16th

Seeking community in preventing and recovering from disasters in the face of institutional collapse?

Join a diverse collective of land stewards, researchers, social foresters, fire survivors, and earth repair practitioners from across California and beyond for a weekend skillshare and campout in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Gain hands-on experience in applied mycology and microbiology through classes and projects at the intersection of wildfire resilience, hydrology, soil regeneration, and bioremediation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful local ecological work and science while learning practical skills in research, mushroom identification, fungal ecology, land stewardship, and disaster recovery.
